Prior experience includes roles in marketing, product development, operations, and sales in multiple geographies.  Industry experience includes artificial intelligence (AI), network/data security, computing/data storage, and electric vehicle technologies.  As a product innovator, Ferchau has over 30 patents and several product innovation awards.

Dr. Migdat Hodzic, co-founder and CTO is an accomplished industry veteran with over 35 years of industry experience and deep expertise in theoretical and practical aspects of Artificial Intelligence, Complex Systems Control, Control Theory, Machine Learning and other related fields. Hodzic lectures at multiple universities on AI and applied mathematics topics. He holds multiple US Patents, has published 6 books, and has authored over 180 professional and scientific papers.

Introducing our U.S. Operations Manager, who brings a rich blend of experience to our AI-focused startup. With over six years in high-tech sales and a decade in high-tech engineering recruiting and product development team building, he has significantly contributed to major internet services companies, a streaming entertainment and digital advertising company, a program management software company, and a major risk management firm. His expertise in AI professional recruitment and development team leadership enhances our operational capabilities.

James Brennan is a seasoned engineering consultant with 35+ years of expertise in diverse technological domains, including AI, machine learning, and medical product development. His professional portfolio spans machine learning, wireless medical devices, ultrasound imaging, data communication devices, wireless power transfer, magneto optic imaging, as well as other divergent technology areas. Notable achievements include developing proof-of-concepts that secured venture funding, creating patented medical imaging methods, and pioneering wireless power transfer for semiconductor manufacturing. James holds four patents and has consistently transformed visionary technological concepts into operational reality.

EUROPEAN OPERATIONS

Dr. Tarik Hubana, COO – European operations, is an expert with demonstrated experience in the intersection of artificial intelligence and energy, coupled with a PhD in technical sciences from Technical University Graz, Austria. Proficient in management, Dr. Hubana successfully led teams and managed projects, while his industry experience includes power systems, digitalization, and data and business analysis. He is author of over 30 professional and scientific papers, where majority of them are the applied artificial intelligence domain.

Nedim is a certified Ethical Hacker and Cyber Security Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field. His expertise spans a wide range of areas in the realm of cyber security, including system and network security, host-based intrusion detection systems, risk assessment and security audits. Nedim’s primary goal is to protect data from unauthorized access, breaches, and other cyber threats that may pose a risk to any organization and keep information safe.

RESEARCH ASSOCIATES

Faruk Herenda, an emerging AI Research Scientist, got his Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at Masaryk University, Czechia and his Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Electronics at University of Sarajevo, BiH. His work experience took him through software development, data analytics, intellectual property and university teaching. Throughout his career he was always ready to learn and do more, never settling down for less. Now he is applying all his diverse skills and knowledge to move the frontier of AI further.

Dr. Irma Dedić is specialized in project and crisis management, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning, backed with a PhD in economics focused on enterprise restructuring and rehabilitation. With over 30 published papers, her research blends theoretical frameworks and practical applications. Dr. Dedić has led numerous consultancy and training projects funded by international organizations, guiding startups and businesses through strategic growth and sustainability, while also integrating these techniques into her academic curriculum.

Indira Habibovic, current PhD student at International University Sarajevo, brings expertise in intellectual property and technical analysis. She leads strategic vision, integrating advanced technologies for operational efficiency. With experience at firms like Houlihan Lookey and BlackStone IP, she excels in patent searches, portfolio management, infringement analysis, prior art searches and advising on patentability issues. Notable roles include IP Technologist at VideoLabs, Inc. and Senior Engineer at Blackstone IP. Indira’s leadership extends globally, advising Fortune 50 companies and contributing to transactions involving major players such as Microsoft, IBM and Facebook.

Admir Papić, the current AI consultant at ARTI Analytics, with a background in theoretical physics, possesses a deep understanding of the theoretical aspects of Artificial Intelligence. His academic research experience equips him to conduct cutting-edge research in the field, contributing significantly to innovation and advancement in AI technology. He has been recognized for his academic excellence, receiving awards as the best student at the University of Sarajevo and prizes for his participation in international physics Olympiads.

Ervin Macic, the current AI consultant at ARTI Analytics, is a student from University of Oxford with a passion for artificial intelligence, particularly AI safety. During high school, he competed in international math competitions and won two bronze medals at the IMO (International Mathematics Olympiad). His true goal lies in having the biggest positive impact with his career to which he strives towards utilizing his problem-solving skills in Python and Deep Learning libraries.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Maida Kapic, a senior software developer at ARTI Analytics, has extensive experience in the .NET ecosystem, specializing in developing, deploying, and maintaining applications using technologies such as .NET MVC and ASP.NET Core. Alongside her technical skills, she leads product delivery teams, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality results. Maida’s active involvement in both hands-on development and team management makes her a key player in delivering robust and innovative software solutions.

Hana Bajrić is an emerging full-stack developer, focused on fast software prototyping. Hana joined ARTI Analytics early in her tech career, getting hands-on experience building web applications. Currently working on both front-end and back-end for web applications, her goal is to master the practical skills needed for comprehensive development of software that uses artificial intelligence to streamline operations and create new levels of client’s efficiency.

Lejla Hodzic, a software developer, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. Through years of hands-on experience, she has showcased her proficiency in crafting innovative solutions and working on enterprise-level systems. Lejla remains dedicated to continuous learning and strives to make impactful contributions to the dynamic field of software development. Her attention to detail ensures the seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions, reflecting her commitment to excellence in every project.

Zorka Kunovac is a software developer interested in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analysis, currently holding a Bachelor of Information Technologies degree. During studies, Zorka gained significant experience in developing applications using .NET technologies and worked independently on various projects, including web applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, and software engineering projects. Passionate about learning and improving so in addition to her studies, she attended various courses where she acquired skills in SQL, C++, and Python.

Adnan Sabanovic is an experienced AI engineer, holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Sarajevo, where he graduated at the top of his faculty. Beginning with a background in competitive mathematics, Adnan participated in the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) and achieved multiple international medals. He now aims to leverage his skills to drive further advancements in AI.

Rijad is a full-stack software engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and diverse experience. He specializes in improving user experiences and making processes more efficient through thoughtful software solutions. Rijad enjoys tackling technical challenges and implementing practical, scalable solutions that result in reliable, user-friendly applications. With a strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends, he ensures that each project meets technical requirements and delivers a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Adnan Gobeljić is a full-stack software engineer, a medal-winning math Olympian, and someone eager to further explore the professional IT world. He currently holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from University of Sarajevo. He is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of companies and advancing AI. Adnan has worked with a variety of companies, from large corporations to small businesses, and brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Hana Dedović holds a Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Electronics from the University of Sarajevo and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Mälardalen University, Sweden. During her master’s studies, she completed her thesis at Volvo CE, focusing on software development and data analytics to address complex, real-world challenges. With a strong background in embedded systems and AI, Hana leverages her skills to design and implement advanced AI solutions tailored to practical applications.
