Chief Technical Officer
Dr. Migdat Hodzic, co-founder and CTO is an accomplished industry veteran with over 35 years of industry experience and deep expertise in theoretical and practical aspects of Artificial Intelligence, Complex Systems Control, Control Theory, Machine Learning and other related fields. Hodzic lectures at multiple universities on AI and applied mathematics topics. He holds multiple US Patents, has published 6 books, and has authored over 180 professional and scientific papers.
TARIK HUBANA
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Tarik Hubana, COO – European operations, is an expert with demonstrated experience in the intersection of artificial intelligence and energy, coupled with a PhD in technical sciences from Technical University Graz, Austria. Proficient in management, Dr. Hubana successfully led teams and managed projects, while his industry experience includes power systems, digitalization, and data and business analysis. He is author of over 30 professional and scientific papers, where majority of them are the applied artificial intelligence domain.
ANESA JAKUBOVIĆ
Office and Legal Manager
Anesa Jakubović is a highly accomplished legal professional from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, holding a solid academic background and extensive experience in various legal fields. After graduating from Law School in Sarajevo she successfully passed the bar exam, which launched her career in prestigious legal firms. Anesa worked at the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, gaining expertise in labor relations, contract drafting, and administrative tasks. Currently, as the Office and Legal Manager at Arti Analytics, Anesa ensures seamless legal processes, overseeing compliance and contributing to departmental efficiency.
NEDIM OSMANBASIC
Chief Information Security Officer
Nedim is a certified Ethical Hacker and Cyber Security Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field. His expertise spans a wide range of areas in the realm of cyber security, including system and network security, host-based intrusion detection systems, risk assessment and security audits. Nedim’s primary goal is to protect data from unauthorized access, breaches, and other cyber threats that may pose a risk to any organization and keep information safe.
TARIK NAMAS
Research Associate/Consultant
Dr. Tarik Namas, holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, with 20 years of work experience in educational institutions, he worked in public, private, and military-affiliated institutions. His research and mentorship interests include dynamical systems modeling and simulation, applied signal processing, and learning from data. Besides his ARTI Analytics technical and scientific affiliation, Dr. Namas serves as the electrical and electronics engineering program coordinator at the International University of Sarajevo and vice-dean for students’ affairs.
MUHAMED RAGAB

Dr. Mohamed Ragab Abdel Gawwad holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Perpignan, France. He currently serves as professor in International University of Sarajevo, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, after his previous experience as an assistant at Cairo University and Fayoum University in Egypt. Dr. Ragab excels in plant molecular biology, storage proteins, protein interactome, and protein 3-d structure prediction. With active work in plant biology research, he actively engages in global scientific projects and organizations.

He has been recognized for his academic excellence, receiving awards as the best student at the University of Sarajevo and prizes for his participation in international physics Olympiads.

IP and Patent Consultant
Indira Habibovic, current PhD student at International University Sarajevo, brings expertise in intellectual property and technical analysis. She leads strategic vision, integrating advanced technologies for operational efficiency. With experience at firms like Houlihan Lookey and BlackStone IP, she excels in patent searches, portfolio management, infringement analysis, prior art searches and advising on patentability issues. Notable roles include IP Technologist at VideoLabs, Inc. and Senior Engineer at Blackstone IP. Indira’s leadership extends globally, advising Fortune 50 companies and contributing to transactions involving major players such as Microsoft, IBM and Facebook.

Hana Bajrić is an emerging full-stack developer, focused on fast software prototyping. Hana joined ARTI Analytics early in her tech career, getting hands-on experience building web applications. Currently working on both front-end and back-end for web applications, her goal is to master the practical skills needed for comprehensive development of software that uses artificial intelligence to streamline operations and create new levels of client’s efficiency.

Armin, a versatile full stack software engineer, possesses a comprehensive skill set across various development technologies. Zorka Kunovac is a software developer interested in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analysis, currently holding a Bachelor of Information Technologies degree. During studies, Zorka gained significant experience in developing applications using .NET technologies and worked independently on various projects, including web applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, and software engineering projects. Passionate about learning and improving so in addition to her studies, she attended various courses where she acquired skills in SQL, C++, and Python.
